She considers herself a lifetime learner and has taken countless hours of continuing education related to all aspects of health and also holds certification for coaching breathing, sleep & recovery.

She is passionate about preventative oral health, whole body health, and the relationship between both. She became interested in myofunctional therapy while taking dental continuing education courses and realizing these disorders of the head and neck affected her children’s health and MANY of the patients she sees daily.
